No More Curbside Pickups for Uber & Lyft at SFO

In a recent change of policy, San Francisco International Airport implemented a new pickup system for all ride-hail services including Uber and Lyft. SFO, starting on June 5th, relocated all domestic ride-hail pick-ups to their hourly parking garage. This new policy prevents ride-hail services like Uber and Lyft from pickup people up curbside outside of their terminals.

As a result, riders are reporting waits of 45 minutes a more to get their ride and even another 30 minutes or more to leave the airport. This has become a massive hassle for tired and weary travelers

Common Questions Following SFO Ride-Hail Policy Change

Can SuperShuttle Still Pickup Curbside at SFO?
