Under the supervision of the Director of National Accounts the Sales Service Representative is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with group meeting planners, convention centers, tour companies, government agencies, sports teams, Universities, and all other sectors of the tourism industry. Based in Scottsdale this position will support the field sales managers nationally. Primary Tasks: The Duties of a SSR shall include, but are not limited to, the following:- Answer phone and email group’s sales inquires
- Return phone calls and service inquiry emails promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare group proposals and services agreements
- Book reservations and manifests
- Build landing pages and links for groups
- Work with accounting to open up Direct Bill accounts
- Support and service Tour Wholesale Accounts
- Liaison with local city personnel: Sales, Operations and Accounting Departments regarding completed group movements
- Responsible for answering incoming Reservation requests, general questions, requests for information supporting SuperShuttle and/or ExecuCar services.
- Ensures reservations and customer information is accurately gathered and input into the Reservations System and calls are completed in a timely manner. Is also responsible for answering and inputting all pertinent information.
- Must be able to master internal reservations and sales reporting systems to input data and book group reservations.
- Ensure a customer friendly, service oriented attitude
- Demonstrate certain call taking proficiencies, in depth product knowledge and various other “soft” skills necessary to handle calls where a customer maybe upset.
- Proficient in handling ExecuCar, Blue Van point to point and Blue Van charters
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to scheduling and call volume requirements
- Ability to be detailed, accurate, and thorough.
- Must be a team player.
- Participates in assigned team meetings and/or training sessions as needed
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Administrative and reporting capabilities are required during the scheduled shift Mon-Fri work week. Desk will be opened from 6AM to 6PM.
- Directly supports accounts secured by Corporate Sales, Field Sales Managers or inquiries through the SuperShuttle website or by phone.
- Various other duties as needed
Customer Service
SuperShuttle Customer Care is a vital link to our customers. This team works together to efficiently, effectively, and professionally handle customer concerns via phone, email, and social media. Daily responsibilities will vary and may include reservations, lost and found inquiries, handling complaints, and everything in between. In-house training includes classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentoring with senior team members and management. Additionally, advancement opportunities become available as employees become proficient in each area of responsibility. Each location has different opportunities to move up and enter more challenging roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Candidates must pass background and drug testing. Customer Care has offices in Scottsdale, AZ and Tampa, FL. Operations are open 24/7.Airport Ticket Counter & Curbside Service Representatives
Airport staff, available at many of the airports we serve, represent the brand in a face-to-face setting. They are expected to be personable, good oral and written communicators, and problem solvers. They are externally focused, helpful, and able to adapt to different customers’ personalities and demands. They must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Airport staff must be professional in both appearance and etiquette, and able to stand for long periods of time when necessary. Additional responsibilities and required skills include:- Meet and greet the customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Inquire of each customer his or her destination and inform the customer of the rate and the approximate wait time.
- Sell a ticket to each passenger and issue the correct change, and the ticket and a receipt.
- Organize the passengers into lines based upon their destination.
- Announce the arrival of the bus and take headcounts of the passengers based upon the number of open seats on the bus.
- Windows and general computer knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Dispatcher
Dispatch plays a vital role in aiding our drivers and delivering service to our customers. Dispatchers must be proficient in oral and written English and good communicators and must have a professional disposition when transmitting on the radio to drivers and be able to support the fleet as needed. Must have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of the area served, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment. This position may require the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Additional responsibilities and required skills include:- Schedules and dispatches drivers.
- Answers calls from clients and schedule services.
- Maintains records, logs, and schedules of the calls received to schedule transit services, drivers dispatched, and customer cancellations or no-shows.
- Prepares reports on all activities occurring during their shifts.
- Directs drivers through radio contact.
- Windows and general computer knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
